When will I get paid?
Great and important question. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis at the end of the following month for all sales transacted and paid in full (and not subject to returns or refunds). For example, Commissions paid on February 28, will be for all sales transacted and paid in full by January 31. This means that in some instances the payment of commissions will occur in the calendar year following the sales transaction. In order to be paid, you must reach the minimum threshold of $200 USD.
What commission do you pay your affiliates?
We pay a % per sale. The % you receive is based on the level of your partnership with us.
Why am I seeing a revoked commission or I was not credited for a sale?
There are 3 situations that can arise 1) Fraudulent activity 2) Declined card 3) If a client canceled during a trial or based on their contract terms As soon as a new member uses the Check Out he/she registers in our system as a potential commission. Yet a few things can arise before this commission can materialize and at times can even be revoked. For example, the above 3 options.

How long do you track the client activity?
Client activity is tracked for 30 days after which your lead will have to engage with your trackable link again.
If two affiliate partners send you the same lead, who gets the sale?
Great question! The last one who referred is accredited with the sale for commission purposes.
Are there recurring payments?
You get paid only for the first time a member joins - for annual or monthly Feminine Awakening memberships. If a client paid with a payment plan you will be paid a commission per payment.
How do I get paid?
At the moment, we’re only offering Wire Payments for affiliate payouts. To make sure we can process your payment smoothly, please send the following bank details in a PDF to mina@lizrachen.com: Account Name | Bank Name | IBAN | SWIFT/BIC | Address | Postal Code Just a quick note: a small wire transfer fee will be deducted from your payout, as outlined in your affiliate agreement.
How does the commission calculated for the Ayahuasca Retreat?
The retreat price is made up of two parts - the retreat fees and $1000 Inca Shipiba centre fees. Due to regulations we cannot include this fee when we charge the clients through Stripe. While the retreat page shows the full price for simplicity we can only charge through Stripe the retreat fees while the Ina Shipiba fees must be paid separately. So any affiliate fees can only be applied to the retreat fees.
